Increased patrols where it is identified through police overnight checks, also from information provided by the public where these type of offences are occurring. This is regularly brought up and circulated at the ward panel meetings with static data. Encourage members of the public using Met Engage to upload ring door bell cameras and CCTV to the system so any suspects can be traced and identified.

Tackling anti social behaviour, drug related behaviour and speeding

Status Update
Regular speed checks and patrolling ASB hot spots where vehicles are being driven in an Anti-social manor. Advise local residents this can be recorded without putting them at risk we can consider a Sec 59 notice.
This is only where a vehicle is used in a manner and is recorded or witnessed by Police, causing alarm, distress or annoyance.
If 1 of these notices is issued in a 12 month period the vehicle may be seized on the second occurrence.
Through intelligence checks on Connect, the police intel system direct patrols to information of drug use or sales.
When speed checks are conducted, if there is a speeding radar device available, and an officer trained enforcement tickets will be issued. Ward panel members welcome to attend to observe speeding checks.

Patrol high crime Burglary areas and monitor the Connect system for overnight reports for a more directed patrol. Leaflet drops if a Hot Spot area is identified, advising on crime prevention. Drop in sessions to provide advice around securing property and if possible property marking. Make regular contact with local residents who have started up a local WhatsApp group for intel.
